Clear terms, warm partnership.

Our policies are designed to protect your date, your investment, and the experience — so the planning process feels as effortless as the celebration itself.

01 — Policy

Booking & Deposits

A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer of 30% are required to reserve your event date. Until both are received, dates remain open and may be booked by another client.

The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to your event. For events booked within 14 days of the date, the full balance is due at signing.

02 — Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 90+ days from your event date forfeit only the retainer. Cancellations within 90 days forfeit 50% of the contracted total; within 30 days, 100%.

One complimentary reschedule is permitted within 12 months of the original date, subject to availability. Additional reschedules incur a 10% replanning fee.

03 — Policy

Rental Reservations

Rental items are reserved on a first-come basis upon receipt of a 50% deposit. Final guest counts and item lists must be confirmed 14 days prior to delivery.

Damaged, missing, or returned-late items are billed at replacement cost. A refundable damage deposit may be required for high-value pieces.

04 — Policy

Delivery, Setup & Breakdown

Delivery, setup, and breakdown windows are coordinated with your venue. Standard delivery is included within a 30-mile radius; mileage applies beyond.

Late breakdowns due to extended events or venue restrictions may incur an after-hours fee, billed in 30-minute increments.

05 — Policy

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond either party's reasonable control (severe weather, natural disaster, declared emergency), we will work in good faith to reschedule your event without penalty.

Retainers remain non-refundable but transferable to your rescheduled date for up to 18 months.

06 — Policy

Photography & Likeness

Wondrous Creations reserves the right to photograph our setups and finished design installations for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes. Personal photos of guests are never used without explicit consent.

If you'd prefer your event remain private from our public channels, please let us know in writing and we will honor that request.
